We serve homemade, traditional dishes, such as salted mutton with mashed swedes, or reindeer stew. From March to September, we can also offer crispy fried cod tongues, a veritable delicacy, or tasty “moose burgers” with onions and mushroom sauce, and of course we serve delicious Møsbrømlefse – a thin, soft flatbread with sweet whey cheese, sour cream and sugar – a true local specialty!
We serve a dinner buffet every Sunday all year round. During Easter, and from the beginning of June until the end of August the dinner buffet is served daily. Rømmegrøt, soup of the day and a salad buffet are offered as separate meals or as a part of the dinner buffet.
We also offer a simple à la carte based on the same locally produced ingredients and traditional food as on the buffet table. We are licensed to serve a full range of alcoholic beverages.
More information about our theme evenings is coming soon. Don’t forget our Venison Night on the last Saturday in October. Shortly after that it is time for “Lutefisk” (dried cod prepared in potash lye) and other Christmas specialties.
